We are thrilled to announce that our employee retention software has been enhanced with our latest feature set, Always On, which introduces our first piece of continuous listening technology. This virtual suggestion box augments our suite of milestone, recurring, and exit check-ins to give WorkStep customers even more ways to engage with their workforce, whenever their team members have feedback to share.
With Always On, WorkStep customers gain a new type of anonymous qualitative feedback as a part of our complete solution around employee engagement. With the additional access to frequent feedback from the floor, employers can be even more attuned to their workforce and can continue to take proactive steps towards improving their experience.

We built WorkStep because we understand the power of combining employee feedback with deep people analytics to drive meaningful change at the frontline. Milestone feedback has been a great tool for our customers to gain more insight into their workforces’ sentiment and drivers of turnover – check out some of our customer stories! Now, with the addition of Always On check-ins, we are giving WorkStep customers a robust combination of feedback tools to drive even greater change at the organizational level.
All it takes to get started is for a WorkStep Admin to enable this new type of check-in and socialize at your facilities. We collect this feedback through a 1-question mobile check-in that employees can access by either texting the dedicated WorkStep Always On number or by scanning a QR code. They then are prompted to provide freeform text feedback.
WorkStep customers will be able to access this feedback right in the same interface used to read and respond to comments from other types of employee check-ins. Feedback from Always On check-ins will simply show as a new, additional check-in type.
As an employer, you can work with your WorkStep Rep to design a rollout and socialization program that works for you, and share the information with your team through posters, links, QR codes, and digital signage.
