Actionable Insights at Scale: Fall 2024 WorkStep Product Updates

RESOURCES Actionable Insights at Scale: Fall 2024 WorkStep Product Updates

At WorkStep, we say that feedback is a gift. Through WorkStep, we transform this gift into data and action-oriented insights that drive change across your organization, impacting everything from safety, productivity, efficiency, and the overall satisfaction of your entire workforce. Our approach is distinct from other traditional listening solutions. We are designed from the ground up for large-scale distributed organizations, giving leaders at every level the visibility they need to react with precision. We focus on continuous data collection that, rather than giving you a snapshot of one specific moment in time, lets you view your organization in real-time as it morphs and responds to intended and unintended factors. We empower you to explore changes in trends at scale and in hyper-focus to easily identify the root causes of workforce challenges and quickly implement targeted solutions.

Fall 2024 Quarterly Release

Today we are releasing platform improvements and new features designed to empower users to collect, analyze, and take action on the right data, at the right time, in the right place.

Introducing Point in Time Survey Creation

Point in Time surveys are designed to give you more control over the data you are collecting. Dig into specific areas of concern or with segments of your workforce to get greater insights and drive impactful actions. These are a way to augment your continuous listening and gain quick, targeted feedback. WorkStep’s Point In Time Survey Creation feature lets users concentrate on highly specific segments of their workforce, including by demographics, location, and sentiment scores.

Some examples of when you might use a Point In Time Survey are:

  • You see safety scores dipping at 3 locations and you want to know why
  • You’ve just rolled out a new Skills Training program for an entire divisions and want to understand whether it was effective
  • You want to reach out to all of your employees over 50 to understand what benefits matter to them most

Updates to the Opportunities Page

WorkStep’s Opportunities page is a core part of our unique functionality, where leaders of any level can see data driven predictive analytics to help them understand where to focus their efforts to maximize positive outcomes within their workforce. We have introduced new design changes and updates to the metrics shown to help make it easier for users to understand the data, and take actions around the themes that make a difference to their organization, at both local and global levels.

New Actions Page in the Main Navigation

WorkStep enables users not only to identify the types of actions to take that are  most likely to positively impact important business outcomes, but also to track those actions and see how they have correlated to changes in employee sentiment. We have pulled this functionality into the main navigation as well as updated the design of the page to make it easier for leaders to access and analyze this data.

At WorkStep, we are committed to evolving alongside your business, delivering tools that empower you to turn data from your distributed workers into actionable insights. With our latest platform enhancements, including Point in Time Survey creation, updates to the Opportunities page, and the new Actions page in the main navigation, we continue to equip leaders with the data they need to make informed, impactful decisions. By providing greater control, deeper insights, and improved visibility into workforce dynamics, WorkStep ensures that you’re always one step ahead in fostering a productive, efficient, and engaged workforce.
