In November 2021 WorkStep introduced Impact Tracker for WorkStep RETAIN. Impact Tracker empowers companies to track the impact that their actions have on frontline employee retention and satisfaction.
Using WorkStep RETAIN, employees can leave feedback through their milestone check-ins. Then company leaders are alerted to these responses, allowing them to take action in efforts to reduce turnover. However, customers found there wasn’t an easy way to measure the direct impact an action had on employee satisfaction and retention. That’s why WorkStep built Impact Tracker.

Impact events can be applied to the category of action taken (ex. pay increase, career growth opportunity) and by role or location/division. Now, when frontline managers make changes they can quantify the results of that change and know whether to continue the new initiative.
