We know that on the frontline, speed matters. Less time spent searching for data means more time spent taking action and working directly with your frontline workforce. That’s why WorkStep is committed to making product improvements that help HR and Operations leaders analyze data faster.
Today, WorkStep is introducing a host of changes designed to help HR and Operations leaders move more quickly from data analysis to impactful action.
We know how critical it is for leaders to be able to analyze survey data quickly. That’s why we’re introducing new Survey-specific pages in the main navigation. These pages have replaced the legacy Survey page and serve as a central hub for all data related to each survey type. Each new Survey page will also include all of the relevant data previously found on the Feedback and Insight pages. For example, the Favorability and Comment Analysis tabs previously found on the Insights page will live in the Milestone Survey page and Feedback and Insights will no longer appear in the main navigation. This will make it easier to find all of the relevant data for a specific survey type all in one place.
We’re on a mission to make it easier for users to slice and dice their data. WorkStep’s new expandable filter modal will make filtering data a cleaner experience for all users by making it easier to apply multiple filters and see what filters you’ve selected.
With these updates, leaders will be able to move from insight to action more quickly and build better experiences for their frontline workforce. After all, the less time users need to spend searching for the data in the platform, the more time they can spend on what matters most: making the frontline a better place to work.
