We have clarified the categories of Personal Data that we may collect, process, or share based on your relationship with us, the Workstep service you use, and whether you are accessing our services in connection with our services to a Company Customer (which may include sharing your survey responses and other Personal Data with such Company Customer).
We have clarified our use of cookies and similar technologies and your options with respect to certain cookies.
We have made other updates regarding your rights and our privacy practices in accordance with changes to applicable privacy laws.
The updated policy will go into effect on July 2nd, 2024. If you continue to use our services on or after July 2nd, 2024, you are agreeing to these updated policies. If you don't agree, you can choose to discontinue using our services and/or close your account before the updated Privacy Policy become effective.
